What’s your return policy?

Any item bought from date of delivery has a 28 day return policy.
What’s your refund policy?

An item returned to our warehouse within the specified return period and in its original condition will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
How do I return an item?

You can return your item(s) using our returns portal. You can access this through your account.

If you have not created an account and checked out as a guest you can open an account now with the same email address you used as a guest and you will have access to the portal.
How do I return something that I paid with Klarna or Clearpay?

You can follow the same return process as mentioned above on 'How do I return an item?'.
Have you received my returned item?

You can check whether we have received your return by checking the tracking of the parcel you have returned through the returns portal in your account. We can take 5-7 days from when you send back the parcel for the return to be processed.
I haven’t received my money after 14 days?

If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you then it can take up to 14 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail, then please contact your payment provider.
How much will my return cost?

£2 will be taken off your final refund total.
Can I make an exchange instead of a refund?

You can make an exchange if you wish. Please make it clear on invoice/piece of paper inside the parcel the item/colour/size you require and we will process that for you. Exchanges are free of charge.
Can I return items I've bought with a gift card?

Yes, you can return items bought with a gift card for an exchange or refund back onto the gift card.
Will my delivery charge be refunded?

Your delivery charge will be refunded if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
