HOW DO I JOIN?
Simply make an account and you will be placed in the Bronze tier.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TIER I'M IN?
This will be shown in your account.
HOW ARE TIERS CALCULATED?
They are based on your lifetime spend with Bee Inspired.
HOW DO I REDEEM FREE SHIPPING?
This will automatically be applied at checkout stage. Please note, at the moment this will be UK only. Please note, you must be logged into your account for this to appear at checkout.
WILL I EVER BE MOVED DOWN A TIER?
No, you will only ever stay the same or move up.
HOW WILL I GET EARLY ACCESS TO SALE?
If you are eligible for early access you will get an email link to the site before everyone else so you can secure the goods.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE SECRET PROMO CODES?
These will be sent to you via email.
WHEN ARE ZOOM CALLS HELD FOR VIP's?
Each season before our A/W and SS drops our VIPs will be presented with an exclusive look at the upcoming styles. At the end there will be an opportunity for Q&A with our directors Mark and Steven. Invites will be sent via email.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY VIP PACKAGE?
Please allow 1-2 weeks from becoming a VIP to receiving your package. Please make sure your address is correct in your account.
