The Atkinson Short in Dusky Pink is designed to take you from the pool to the beach club and everything in between this summer! The swim short comes in a slim fit and features minimal Bee Inspired branding on the left leg, concealed drawcords, pockets and a velcro fasten pocket on the back.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order please contact our support team at support@beeinspiredclothing.com straight away and they will be able to help you. Please contact within 7 days of not receiving your parcels as this ensures an investigation is opened with the courier and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What is the cut off time for next day delivery?

The cut off for next day delivery is Mon-Fri 3pm GMT/BST.

What if I want to change my address?

It depends on the courier in each location but we will do our best to reach out to them if you email us at support@beeinspiredclothing.com with your new address. Please note that the change of address can delay the delivery by up to two weeks.

What’s your return policy?

Any item bought from date of delivery has a 28 day return policy. 

What’s your refund process?

If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you, then it can take up to 3-5 business days, as per banking guidelines to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail, then please contact your payment provider.

You can check whether we have received your return by checking the tracking of the parcel you have returned through the returns portal in your account. We can take 13 business days from when we receive the parcel for the return to be processed.

How do I return an item?

You can return any item to us using our new international returns portal. The returns portal is located in your customer account.

If you have not created an account and checked out as a guest you can open an account now with the same email address you used as a guest and you will have access to the portal.

Have you received my returned item?

You can check whether we have received your return by checking the tracking of the parcel you have returned through the returns portal in your account. We can take up to 13 days from when you send back the parcel for the return to be processed.

I haven’t received my money after 5 days?

Can I make an exchange instead of a refund?

We can only offer you a refund so you would need to reorder the correct size. This is something we are looking into offering in the future.
