Festive Period Warehouse Closure
Please note that our warehouse will be closed over the festive period.
• Any orders placed between the 22nd of December, and 2nd of January will be despatched from 5th of January.
• Returns and refunds will experience a delay during this time and will be processed from 5th January.
• Our Customer Service team will resume on 5th of January and will respond to all emails and enquiries then.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience during this period.
Festive Period Extended Returns Policy
During the festive season, we are extending our standard 14-day returns period to 30 days from the date the order is placed. This extended window applies to all orders placed during the festive period and will end on 5th January. After this date, our normal 14-day returns policy will resume.

RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy. We are also aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to return your purchase.
Damages/Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Items should be returned within 14 days from your delivery date.
UK Orders: We will refund you the original purchase price, less a postage cost of £4.95.
International Orders: Customer outside the UK will be charged the cost of a DHL returns label, which will be deduced from the refund amount. International returns shipping costs vary depending on location. Our customer service team will make it clear to you how much the international returns label will cost before proceeding.
The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached.
Our packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods.
This is to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

A returns label will be issued by our customer services team upon confirmation of your return request. Attach this to the outside of the parcel.
Refunds
On receipt of your return and once the goods have completed quality control, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
