EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union and you purchased from Bee Inspired Clothing, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period usually ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominated, receives the goods. For services, the withdrawal period usually ends 14 days after the day the contract was agreed.
This right is separate from any rights you may have if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.
