How much does it cost to deliver to the UK?
Standard UK Shipping is priced at £3.95. For international orders, cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

How much does it cost to deliver Outside the UK?
International Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery country, selected shipping method, number of items and total parcel weight. Product prices may also vary based on your location to reflect local market pricing, taxes and exchange rates. *Please note that shipping rates shown at checkout do not include any customs charges or import duties levied when the package reaches your destination country. For certain shipping destinations you will be offered the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout; shipping methods that support pre-payment will be clearly identified during checkout.

International Shipping with Global-e
For International sales, we have partnered with Global-e, a third-party service acting as your seller-on-record. When you buy via Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by Global-e and the purchase is subject to Global-e's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place the Order).
We partnered with Global-E, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your products to over 100 destinations worldwide. When you buy the products from Global-E, you will see that your payment method (via mastercard, visa, amex, paypal) is charged by Global-E and the purchase is subject to Global-E’s terms and conditions and privacy policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place the order). Due to our partnership with Global-e, we are able to provide all of our shoppers with attractive shipping prices that are calculated during checkout.
Orders to all countries outside of UK are fulfilled by Global-e, our international delivery partner. At checkout, all products and shipping prices will be shown in your local currency, and the purchase is subject to Global-e's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Express orders will be sent via DHL.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive, contact our support team at support@bee-inspiredclothing.com within 7 days. This allows us to open an investigation with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if I want to change my address?
Courier rules vary by location, but we will do our best to update your address if you email support@bee-inspiredclothing.com. Please note that address changes may delay delivery by up to two weeks.

We are committed to providing high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we aim to make this process as straightforward as possible.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 21 days of your delivery date.All returned garments must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- With all tags still attached
Our packaging forms part of the product and must be returned with the goods to ensure items arrive back in suitable condition.

Returns Options
There are multiple ways to return your item depending on your location.
UK Returns
Option 1: Royal Mail Returns Portal (Recommended)
Visit the Royal Mail Track My Return portal below to begin your return:

Follow the instructions provided. You will receive an email outlining your return options, which may include:
- Printing your label at home, or
- Taking a QR code to your local Post Office for label printing.
Option 2: Online Account Return
Log in to your account at beeinspiredclothing.com select the required order and click Request Return in the top right corner.
If you don’t already have an account, you can create one using the same email address used for your purchase.
UK returns will be refunded for the original purchase price minus a £4.95 returns postage fee.
Returns that are worn, damaged, or soiled may not be accepted and could be returned to you without refund.

International Returns
Customers outside the UK should email: support@bee-inspiredclothing.com
Our customer service team will arrange a DHL returns label and confirm the cost before proceeding. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund and varies depending on location.

Returns Options How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Once your return has been received and passed quality inspection, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. -
Complaints Policy
At Bee Inspired, your satisfaction matters. If you have a complaint about a product or service, please contact us via email at support@bee-inspiredclothing.com or via our online contact form, including your order number details of the issue.
We will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. Resolutions may include a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the situation.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can request escalation to a senior manager.
